GainLog Privacy Policy

Introduction

GainLog ("we," "our," or "the app") is a workout tracking application designed to help you log and track your strength training progress. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

GainLog does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect health or fitness data beyond what you manually enter
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not use advertising SDKs

Data Storage

All workout data you enter into GainLog is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Workout templates you create
• Exercise names and notes
• Workout session history (dates, sets, reps, weights)
• Form ratings

This data is stored using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage mechanism and remains entirely on your iPhone or iPad. We have no access to this data.

Data Sharing

Since we do not collect your data, we do not share any data with third parties. Your workout information stays on your device unless you choose to export it using the app's built-in export feature.

Export Feature

GainLog includes an optional export feature that allows you to save your workout data as a CSV file. When you use this feature, you control where that file is saved or shared. We do not receive any copy of exported data.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual workout sessions within the app
• Deleting workout templates within the app
• Uninstalling the app (this removes all locally stored data)

Children's Privacy

GainLog does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The app is intended for general audiences interested in fitness tracking.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
